We have stayed two different times at this hotel. We will be back for future stays. Clean, quiet an convenient to local attractions. Check in is quick and simple. If anything extra is needed the staff are accommodating.

This Quality Inn is a diamond in the rough. But the room was great.

We stayed here as an overnight from attending a concert in Charlotte. Hotel staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. They answered all of our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel was quiet and clean. Overall great experience and will absolutely stay here again!

The Breakfast had absolutely no protien whatsoever. The complimentary bottles of shampoo and lotion were only half full which indicated they were used bottles. There also were no luggage carts but that may just be the level of the hotel.
Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable but the lack of any protein at breakfast and the inability to check out later bothered me.
There was no cleanup service in the room at all. And when I asked for late checkout, I was told that they never allow late checkout. I travel often and have always been able to utilize late checkout.

Not clean at all beds Lil slept in and used. They literally have roaches and know it. I am out of state visiting family for the holidays staying here and I get a bang on the door at 11 o’clock at night. It’s the police looking for the parents of a two-year-old that’s wandering around outside. Definitely gave me prostitute drug motel vibes. I can’t believe they get away with charging what they do!

The area is safe, but the room, the old and dirty coffee maker, the moldy bathtub, as my stay was only to sleep one night I stayed as I wanted. But if you're going to stay more than one day, these people need to better use those rooms and their utensils.

The staff were friendly, the room was neat and clean and the price was very affordable. I look forward to another stay in the near future!
