Room smelled of mold. No towel service and when asking for towels you are given two bath towels with a disgusted sigh-you are not even asked what you need or how many. There is never anyony at the front desk and the breakfast is disgusting.

Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in.
We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite.
Great amenities (complimentary breakfast)
