Carpet full of crumbs and dirt,bathroom very dirty,stairs very rickety.

Parked in back by alley and people were drinking and cooking out the door

Totally misrepresented themselves in there description. No pool. No breakfast. Ice machines were out of order along with the vending machines. Place was filthy and stunk. Nothing like supposed clean towels that should have been white being brown and stained. Tub felt like you were going to fall through. When you have to buy pillowcases because the pillows are brown and stained you know it’s bad. I knew I wasn’t staying at a Ritz Carlton but definitely expected better than Motel 6. Only brought spot was the friendly staff

I read the reviews on the hotel and they were not so good...but, they were back from the Covid era....just stayed there and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price....A/C worked TV worked refrig in the room.....On the con side, most of the plugs in the room didn't work but enough did that we managed....bathroom was spotless with nice towels....The night host and the morning host were very cordial and helpful....parking lot could use some tidying up but that's outside.....Rooms enter from interior hallway with decent carpet. All in all, I would return without hesitation.

Wasn't worth the money to stay there. Should've spent more and stayed somewhere else. Property seemed like it was mid construction and had no clean up crew. There was debris all over the place. The inside of the room was also full of debris, hair in the towel and dark stains on the bedding. The inside appliances also seemed to be falling apart including rust on the fridge. The bathroom had seen better days. The bathtub was in poor condition with chips in the plaster all over the tub, mold all throughout the bathroom and on the sink, along with yellow towels (originally white). Lastly and most importantly the water quit working completely, rendering the sink, toilet and shower completely useless. If it was possible to get a refund I would. Don't waste your time or money.

Great no issues

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained. The carpet was heavily stained throughout the hallway. The floor was very dirty. There were visible signs of ceiling leaks, and what appears to be black mold forming. The bathroom was in very poor condition—the sink had hair in it, the paint was chipped, and the tub showed similar wear and damage. The furniture was also in bad shape. The nightstand had peeling wood, and the mini fridge had rust-like buildup on top. There was a small bench in the room that was visibly stained and dirty. Safety was a major concern. While the main lock on the door worked, the deadbolt did not. The secondary/top security latch had been removed entirely. Additionally, there were two doors—one leading to the parking lot—that was not properly sealed, allowing outside light to come through. If my husband wasn't we me, I would have not stayed for the 1 night. Overall, this was not a safe or comfortable stay, and I would not recommend it. I took pictures just in case someone wants them!

All terrible

No pool, no hot tub, snack machine was out of order, for an older motel the rooms were spacious and clean ive stayed there twice big comfortable beds, first room had a chair with an ottoman, second room had a very comfortable couch, I enjoyed my stay and will return there anytime im in Stephenville
