We were downstairs from a very noisy upstairs neighbor who kept the tv on all night, which was compounded by traffic noise. The breakfast was a stale pastry and one bottle of juice. We cancelled the return trip reservation for four days later. We don't ask for a lot, but were disappointed and won't stay here again.

The rooms have been updated nicely. The description says breakfast is included but the “breakfast” was a joke. It covered our needs but I would not stay here again.

Parking is good. Spacious and well maintained no additional fees to park in the parking lot and well security along with constant patrol of the Umatilla police too. The staff are always available. Was able to check in several hours early without an issue. Air conditioning can get VERY cold if you let it lol! Worked well no complaints with that. Room is always clean as well, this is my 4th time staying this year and really enjoyed it. True non smoking rooms (all of them) well maintained and simplistic.
