Nick at the front desk was awesome. 1st time at a comfort suite and we will use them again.

Loved the stay

Honestly, the WORST two days I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Upon my arrival, the room smelled AWFUL. There’s absolutely no ventilation in the room or the bathroom, so the possibility of mold and mildew growing in the room is highly likely. I immediately felt the urge to start taking pictures because the room's conditions were so unsanitary. I arrived back at the hotel late at night on my second night. Immediately upon coming in and looking down at the air unit, I noticed a small brown bug on it. I took a picture. I then sat on the bed, where a hopping flea joined me. I contacted the front desk and was informed that there was no manager on site until “7:00 am” the next morning, and that my only option was to wait until the following day to be checked out. I was also told that the “owner” of this hotel was not authorizing a full refund for the stay because I “stayed for two nights without incident.” The “incident” occurred on my second night, and I was forced to stay because no one was available to handle my complaint. Truthfully, the “incident” began the moment I entered the room. Immediately going into the room, I pulled the bedspread back, and the bed looked as if someone had been lying in it already. I had to check out and locate another hotel for my short stay in Austin. I was in Austin for business, and having to change hotels was a nightmare interruption. I had to spend money I didn’t anticipate spending and spent time I didn’t have because of this inconvenience.

Great hotel! Spacious rooms, good bathrooms,

I've stayed at this hotel 2x and this stay was better than the 1st time. It is very affordable and they offer breakfast which is an absolute plus. The staff was very helpful when needed and we had no issues outside of not having liquid body wash, but instead they had bar soap. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Will continue to use this hotel when I come to Austin.

I stay 4 days in hotel I don’t see the housekeeper coming to clean my room or anything. I speak to the front desk twice . No thing changed

Room was very clean. Air-conditioning were good. Staff was great.

The location was perfect for our stay. Everything we wanted to see in Austin was just a few minutes away. Staff was amazing, the breakfast was hot and delicious!

Clean room, great breakfast accommodations. Great hospitality

Our suite was clean and spacious, however the shower door was very hard to open, it looked to be off the track. Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work.
