Room was in horrible conditions. Sheets has blood stains and holes. Switch room 3 times as the rooms were all dirty and in bad conditions. Do not recommend!

It was dirty, smell and everything. The sheet (I think unwashed) had a cig burn. There were ants. I paid and then was told to go to a separate building outback. We were so tired, but tucked stu to sleep. EweDidn't use the shower, it was disgusting.

The Radford Inn was filthy! It is an Econo Lodge attached to a Comfort Inn. The Comfort Inn is beautiful, 💖 and I wish I had stayed there. The Radford Inn was filthy! Sticky floor, a large, brown Queen bed bug I found, dirty. Surprisingly clean bed, so I slept in it. So did my Service Dog.

Check in was horrible and long just because I used key cash. The guy had to get in touch with the manager to contact hotels. Com It took over an hour. Then when I got to the room there was a roach, the phone didn't work. It smelled like pot and cigarettes. The coffee pot didn't work. The toilet had to be triggered to fill with water. Not a great room or place.

I am actually reviewing the more expensive building above the"Radford Inn". The Radford Inn stunk of heavy cigarette smoke and was in terrible condition. We had to pay another $203 to upgrade to the Quality inn. This did not stink of cigarettes but had an unpleasant odor. Dingy walls need paint and repairs. Our comforter had a nasty stain (urine or coffee?) as did the bed cover. We were there for three nights and never had any housekeeping, other than a fresh set of towels. The hot tub was only 99 degrees and yellow looking water. The breakfast was awful. Could scrambled eggs. Dry danishes. Rock hard bagels. Luke warm water for tea with ran out and was not replenished. You get the idea...

Thankfully, we had a sleeping bag in the car and put it on top of the bed so we didn't have to sleep in the bed. That should speak volumes. Spent close to $50 on cleaning supplies and Lysol to make the surfaces safe to put our bags on. It felt like a post apocalyptic movie set in the worst possible way. Stink bugs and spiders in the bathroom, ants in the bed, paper towel from another guest left in the microwave, rusty refrigerator interior, and let's not forget to mention the smell. I've felt cleaner and safer camping in the woods. I've got no issue with an older property that needs some upgrades, what I do take issue with is filth and neglect.

I know people overreact and are very picky but my experience was really not good. No clean bedding (Stains and holes on the bed covers and blanket) bugs (Thankfully no cockroaches but ants,spiders,and more all over the room) our microwave was broken, the inside handle of our room door was broken off completely (Twist it and it slides out) our keycards didn’t work properly for the 4 nights I stayed there for. Overall the equipment is outdated or broken and staff really wasn’t helpful or isn’t even “aware” of these issues. For the money I paid for and the 4 nights I spent time there, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone near the area and they are definitely better places to go but I got stuck in this place because of last second planning and I definitely paid the consequences for that lol. (P.S) I don’t know if the owners will see this review but if they respond with frustration feedback then I can show them all of the pictures I took to showcase my evidence :)

BAIT AND SWITCH! When you book the $85 room online, you are shown pictures of the front building on the property. When you arrive, you are given a room in the lower building, that truly looks and feels abandoned. The room was DIRTY AND GROSS. We were told rooms in the front building, the rooms SHOWN ONLINE, we're double the price. DONT FALL FOR IT - THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
