Incredibly poor service and zero communication between staff. I had a doctor's appointment and cleared an 11:30 AM check-out with the front desk clerk. Despite this agreement, an older man (presumably the owner) came to my room early, banging on the door violently as if there were a fire. When I opened it, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up slamming the door in his face. I didn't appreciate his hostile attitude whatsoever and will not be returning.

A bad experience that I don't recommend to anyone. There are better options compared to the price.

No pool, but everything in the room worked microwave, fridge, tv looks the the rooms were updated rooms are large staff was very friendly.
Smoking rooms available.i was able to park my semi truck there. When in the area I will stay again

Window curtain not quite enough to block out the huge stadium lights outside at the parking lot. Light bled out the sides.
Filthy outside, too many cigarette butts. wasted space where the pool has been filled in. Not inviting as a space to rest in despite the potted plants…no shade and the concrete is dirty.

The room had a smell in it and I had to keep the door open most of the time I eas there just to breath. After two days there I had to go to a doctor who told me I had come in contact with mold sbd had a respiratory infection because of it.

Very poor maintenance. Big gap between the door and the door frame on the lock side. A couple of roaches didn't help any with my rating.

The room that was initially provided smelled like someone dumped a case of air freshener in it. Could breathe in it. After nicely asking the front desk for another room, I was rudely offered the room next door. When I say rudely, it was attitude. The person was the husband of the front receptionist and he was very rude in his demeanor, like I was asking too kuch
