My flight from New York to Iowa was cancelled due to weather issues and I’ve tried to cancel my reservation several times and I have been having issues with the reservation line and they said they would call me back and I have not heard back from anyone.

Need some air fresheners or something to eliminate or reduce the sweat smell from the exercise area. You can smell it just walking down the hall when no one is in the exercise room.

Breakfast was underwhelming and cleared out by the time we got down at 7:15. Staff was nice. Room was clean, would stay again and not use the Expedia app. I was stuck with a handicap room and had to quickly take a minute shower because anything longer would’ve flooded the entire bathroom. Not happy about that especially since I made this reservation well in advance.
