I wasn’t able to check in until after 5, which was frustrating because I drove all day and was tired. The hotel was clean but noisy. We couldn’t sleep at night because of people above us.
Exceptional
With out hesitation they found a way to extend my checkout time. They had a manager in my room within in minutes when I had problems with my WiFi connection. House keeping was friendly and thorough.

The hotel met and exceeded our expectation. The staff was so professional and accommodating. The hotel room was exceptionally clean. The room included breakfast and there was a great selection of breakfast items. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

I really like the staff. They were very helpful. Very very nice. The food in the donkey restaurant was excellent amazing food. I was very surprised about that but very happy. Also, I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking overnight and the place needs to be renovated the rooms were kinda run down a little bit old and they need to put some sort of a air freshener throughout the hotel because it kind of smelled a little musty, but overall, it was very nice. The staff was excellent.
