I saw small roaches in my room. And the towels are gross, with hair that is definitely not mine. I wonder if they actually clean the towels since the towels also look dirty, besides the hairs that might come from different individuals.
Staffs are fine(if we don’t count the staffs who clean the towels).

Great place. I just wish they didn’t lock up bathrooms in the lobby. Or allow access to those staying at hotel to those bathrooms after a certain time.
