Clogged sink, little bit of a smell in our room, good overall.

Overall a fairly good experience. Staff was so professional.

The lobby and bar area were so cold you could not enjoy yourself.

Hotel had a 4pm check in.I arrived at 3:45 and was told room was not ready. Took two hours for me to finally get my room.

The reservation staff was exceptional. The room was great and met my expectations during our short stay for a sports weekend from Arizona.

Rug needed vacuuming, i requested it and they addressed it promptly. My key didnt give me access to the floors that had ice machines, i asked for access and they addressed it promptly. Breakfast was $11 but since i was in a room with a king bed (im tall) they assumed i was 2 guests and charged me $22 for breakfast (hotels.com doubled my charge, not Crowne Plaza). Crowne Plaza charged me for parking, i did not use nor ask for parking. I brought this up and they addressed it. Their service to improve my stay was very good. Still, it was inconvenient that i needed to make these requests in the first place. Also, they enforce that you eat breakfast in the dining area. Hotels with free breakfast don't care if you take advantage of the free breakfast to pack snacks for later - take a couple oranges and bananas, and paper cups of granola and raisins with you. Whereas Crowne Plaza Hotel shuts that down.

The name does not match the quality

The personnel was rude, especially one of them on the night shift was crazy and made my freind cry for more than one hour. The room and corridors were not clean. They didn't have slippers or shampoo.
