Great accommodations, friendly and welcoming. 1st time at Staybridge, definitely not our last. Very pleased.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast.

Got late checkout and they started knocking as soon as it turned 11 like by 11:05

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a great variety. The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The only downside was that there is just one ice machine located on the first floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back.

Great stay!

We were initially very happy with the suite, as it had a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. However, the bathroom had serious issues. During the shower, the water in the tub rose to ankle level, and afterward the entire floor was covered in water. The sink also filled up quickly and drained very slowly. Because of this, my family member couldn’t use either the shower or the sink. It also appeared these problems had occurred before. Additionally, the trash bin under the kitchen sink was full, and there were items left behind from previous guests. The front desk staff at check-in was not very friendly. Although the staff later tried to help, it was already late (around 11 PM), so no real solution was provided, only a promise of compensation. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience. On a positive note, the food was good, especially the fruit with cottage cheese and berries.

The staff was courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast eas very nice and a very good selection of items.

Very nice staff, great suites, nice pool, sufficient breakfast. Our room was chilly and no toothpaste, but what a great place for our extended family to meet up for the holidays! Everyone was loving the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rooms. Not complaining, it was great! Loved it! Everyone did! Thank you for the happy memories
