The most amazing night manager
The night manager was wonderful. I had called in advance to let the staff know that I was arriving on crutches with a freshly broken leg and he not only made sure I had a first floor room right off the lobby, but escorted me and my bag to it. In the morning, he carried my bag from room to car. Give the man a raise! He endeared me to the Nashville airport Holiday Inn express.
