This hotel needs some TLC. The tub was rusted in spots. Quite a bit of wall damage in the room. The pool and hot tub didn’t look clean. Just not what you think of when you think of Holiday Inn or the price that comes with it. Since this area is always full because of traveling ball teams I’m sure it stays booked.
I will say the coffee was excellent!

Unfortunately, our room didn't smell clean. It smelled like someone had smoked in it. The elevator had an awful odor too. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The staff were great and the morning meal was better than most in this class of hotel. The room was comfy and clean though the hotel overall needs a facelift. The building itself sits right behind a big retail store and plenty restaurants that you can visit without getting back in the car. I would stay here again.

I chose this based on the excellent rating. While this hotel was clean, our room was Okay, but needs some better updating. We found the room we booked was clean but smelled of mildew. The bathroom had sloppily applied grout around the tub and under the and had tiles that were stained and cracked. Beds were clean and pillows plentiful! Breakfast was just okay. Flavorless pancakes, hard biscuits, eggs that were overcooked and bad coffee. I honestly don’t know how this got rated so high. It was inexpensive compared to other hotels but certainly not staying here again.

The pool and hot tub were closed. Definitely needed repairs around the building. Our room smelled horrible and the bathtub was filthy. We moved to a different hotel.
