Much needed stay during a power outage
After several days without power, we contacted the Holiday Inn Express in West Ocean City and thankful a room was available. The hot shower and warm bed were refreshing and the hot breakfast a welcome way to start the day. Overall it was comfortable. We are very grateful for the hospitality and I wish I had names of the staff who helped us check in.

The location is very convenient. Facility is very clean, the staff knowledgeable and polite. Always enjoy our stay.

TV didn’t work. Fridge full of ice. A place to sleep, nothing special. Healthcare worker stayed for storm, no need to go for any other reason.

The room It is good, except the ventilation is sometimes too noisy.
I wish the poor water is much warmer.
