We were part of a wedding party and the staff went above and beyond for our needs. Friendly, very helpful, very clean property. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn O'Fallon MO.

Old hotel and mediocre rooms. Stayed in room 116. Blood-stained sheets, holes in walls, door knob missing on bathroom door, markings all over door frame as if someone tried to break in or out. After thoroughly cleaning unit myself, I did not allow housekeeping to enter and maintained unit until departure. Free breakfast would have been more inviting if I had not witnessed guests barefoot and in dingy pj’s all over breakfast bar areas and kids picking crust out of their eyes and handling food items. Definitely had to eat outside of the bldg. Note to Management: Stop refilling the bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers that are labeled “Dove” with cheap products because it was very obvious to someone who actually uses Doce products!

Hotel was in a good location. It was an average hotel. There was hair in the shower and the shower curtain was not long enough so water pooled in the floor during a shower. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well but was very loud. Fridge was also leaking water.

Very clean. Great breakfast.

This is an older property but it’s well-maintained. The blackout curtains were a good upgrade. Nothing fancy, but it’s a clean, quiet place to stay.

It was clean and well maintained. Couldn’t get the apps to work in the TV but that wasn’t too important. Our room on the third floor did have a small ant issue.
