Front desk perfection
I am staying here during a very difficult family time as I am navigating the loss of my father. Dee at the front desk has come to my rescue repeatedly, from not understanding the temperature knob on the shower to losing my room key she has had service with a smile at literally every juncture. I feel like a hot mess but she has offered nothing but grace during a difficult time.
Clean room, very helpful staff, enjoyable experience.

Breakfast good, but we had to ask that breakfast included t waive the charges. Location was good, room was big, bathroom was decent. Chair was moldy in the room and staff should be bit more friendly and inform about the things better. overall solid 3 plus but with few changes, can become 4 stars

Room was relatively clean but chair was worn and had visible stains. Furniture was austere and cheap looking. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a slight smell of sewer gasses. I would not stay here again.

Great location in Pittsburgh with a lot of food and things to do in the area. It says there is onsite parking available but I think you have to be extremely lucky to actually not have to pay, it's all street parking. We finally gave up and used the valet service which was fine. It was quiet at night and we didn't have any problems.
