Comfortable for a Family Get Together
Our 8 family members were pleased with the Residence Inn staff and facilities. The Front Desk staff was welcoming and helpful. I suspect our clan will return based on our recent positive experience.
Great stay
What a pleasant, clean and quiet place to stay. We were down in Ft. Myers for a funeral so we were not able to capture feel for the area. Although, lodging was great and breakfast was phenomenal. Thank you.
Comfort and convenience!
Needed an overnight close to Sanibel. This Residence Inn exceeded all expectations.
Everything was great! Customer service, clean rooms, great location and price.
I love staying at this hotel. Whenever I visit Fort Myers this is where I will stay.

This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly.
The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!

My husband and son stayed for my son’s 11th bday fishing trip. The location is very convenient to Sanibel for them to travel back and forth. A HUGE thank you to the front desk staff that gave my son a birthday present upon hearing of his big day. It was so thoughtful and appreciated. Little things like this mean so much to kids and I can’t thank her enough. I hope her bosses know how awesome their staff is!

I would’ve given this hotel 5 stars but the AC in our room was not functional. Also, the windows were so low-quality that simply opening the curtains raised the temp in the room over 10 degrees. Charging $4 for a 12 oz bottle of water that was left on the counter for kids to grab without reading the asinine charge wasn’t very cool either.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite. It was a nice layout and we liked the room. However it smelled like animal had possibly used bathroom on carpet. So the room did not smell very good. The hotel is animal friendly on all floors I was told by front desk staff.
Otherwise front desk folks are very nice and helpful. Great location to go over to Sanibel Island and beaches.
