The room was clean. The shower pressure was good & had plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.
One of the front desk people doesn’t speak much English, so we had a really hard time communicating with him. My husband asked two different days for more coffee for the room, and the guy just pointed to the coffee in the lobby and said, “coffee.”
The maid service changed our towels daily (even though they were hung & not on the floor), but they didn’t replenish the coffee or make the bed.
The elevator smelled awful, so we took the three flights of stairs to the room each time.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad place. The price was definitely right!

I had an amazing stay at the Mainstay hotel. It started off by meeting the receptionist by the name of Dana. I would give her a 10 out of 10 rating. She was awesome in helping me feel welcomed. She tended to any information I needed and/or needs. The room was clean and peaceful. However, the mattress hard so it gave me a bit of a struggle to get comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. The showering was great, but the toilet sits very low so if you have bad knees, this could be a struggle. Overall, I did enjoy my peaceful stay at this hotel. I would come back.
