Staff is very nice. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Sofa and chair are uncomfortable. Air freshener/room deodorizer is too strong. nauseating.

Good location with many food, grocery, and other services for extended stays. Multi-bedroom suites have everything for families or larger parties to spread out. Could be kept slightly cleaner and kitchen amenities should be improved on but overall a good hotel.

Walking distance to the State Theater. $5.00 parking. I don't much care for a 3-5 business day hold on a $100 incidentals authorization, but it is what it is. I wouldn't have used my visa debit card for that had I known. I would stay here again if attending a concert.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen. The location was convenient and the rate was affordable.
My only issue was that the person who stayed above me had lead feet and at times I could hear them walk around- which would wake me up early in the morning.
They also had a child staying in the room for a period of time - which was a nightmare at first. But the young man at the front desk offered to speak with them, or allow me the option of another room. Luckily, he was able to speak to the other guests, and noise from the child running around was remedied quickly. I very much appreciated that! Kuddos to the desk staff.
