Room was good size and clean! Best for overnight stay! Young lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Can’t remember name.

Clean, great location. Just disappointed there was no moisturizer or shower cap. I packed super light. Will come back for next business trip.

We have stayed here twice, and it was great!

Residence Inn staff was great. Check in was easy. Directions to parking from staff was spot on. We were going to the Symphony hall. It was 2 blocks from motel. Very convenient. The Inn itself had dingy carpet. The shower rod was loose, area around shower needed repair. There were shrimp hulls in closet area. Had a laundry room that took CHANGE for use of machines. Front desk had no change to provide, no change machine. Decent internet connection, regular channels on Television. Separate rooms suite style. Television in bedroom area. Small kitchenette area with 2 burner stove, refrigerator, (which was not running correctly, making noise), all cooking utensils, and serving plates provided. Coffee maker. Pretty much every thing anyone could want for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable. View was poor, side of next building. Parking was forced valet that one had to pay for. Ridiculous to pay for room and then have to pay for room for your car. It was accessed through a narrow alley that was dangerous.

I like the space

The front desk staff were professional and courteous, offering a welcoming experience. The hallways and exterior are well maintained, creating a pleasant environment. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi were nice added perks. That said, the rooms are in need of renovation to match the overall quality of the property. The valet parking is convenient, and the staff were friendly; however, our rental SUV's bumper was unfortunately damaged by the valet staff. For future visitors, I recommend purchasing rental car insurance coverage to avoid unnecessary stress over minor damages. They only had valet parking but otherwise this was an excellent stay with a nice room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful if you needed something.The room had everything I needed (including a wine opener) and the hotel was very secure. I was there for work so I didnt have much time to explore but 10/10 recommend 👌

Very well located at the Midtown area of Atlanta. Front desk very nice and helpful. Great breakfast to start a busy day.
