Yowza! I loved it!
The staff here is super friendly and ready to help you find anything around town at any time. And, I really enjoyed the hotel itself. It is really nice! A site to see for sure! Stop by for a visit and book a stay!

The hotel was great. I enjoyed the bigger rooms with the kitchen. Breakfast was amazing as well. The pool was just ok. The hot tub wasnt very hot. The cost of parking however was astounding! $100usd ($150cad) for 2 nights!!!! We booked 2 rooms and had 2 vehicles so thats $300cad in total to park here for 2 nights. We were visiting seattle from canada and wanted to sight see and found that it was located far away from the places that we wanted to visit as well. So we had to drive to those places and pay for parking there too. With how much we paid for parking, we wouldve been better off paying slightly more for a hotel that was more central so we could walk everywhere.

I made my reservation through Expedia and the system had reset the date for my reservation to the actual date not the date I wanted to stay. I did not realize this until a couple hours later (10 pm PST) when I received an email from Expedia asking how my check in was. I have tried to get the date changed since that time to the correct date but both Expedia and the Marriot are unwilling to fix this and are taking my money without my staying there and marked me as a n”no show” even though I proactively tried to fix this problem. I will never stay at any Marriott again nor will I use Expedia again.

I booked a suite with a lake view and balcony so obviously it was much more expensive. Apon entering the suite we decided to check out the balcony. Its was completely disappointing. The floor was covered in moss and filth. Cracked glasses in the pantry. The bathroom is ridiculous as the door opens in and just misses the toilet by less than an inch and leaves no room for you to get out. Our cards stopped working day two and we went down three times before they figured it out. Went to the pool and yup it was locked during operating hours posted on the door so we made another trip to the front desk. The hot tub wasn't working so we called and nothing was fixed. My wife went to get out of the hot tub and had a dirty bandaid stuck to her hand from unsanitary conditions. Beer cans and cups by the hot tub and chipped paint everywhere. We had the rudest front desk employee talk down to me during an emergency while my wife was in the room sick. I will never stay at another property of theirs and I will let my friends and family know to stay away. So yourself a favor and find another hotel. This is a 2 star at best and I'd even say 1 star to be honest. The manager needs to be notified of the employees behavior and the conditions we dealt with.

It was ok overall. The pool area was really dirty on the ground, trash was left a little bit everywhere. The hot tub jets were out of service, pool water cold. The room was good overall but the shower didn’t drain properly. Carpet in the bathroom, outdated… breakfast ok. Employees were nice.
