Staff Amazing!

Hotel overall is nice and the food is good. Bathroom sink was clogged and hot tub jets were not working the second day.

We’ve stayed at this property many times, it’s been one of our go too’s in the area. This last trip was disappointing and we may look to another property next time. Breakfast was lacklustre and the coffee ran out each day. At times there are no plates and the offerings are not like they used to be. Our room was worn and the patio screen was not in the tracks so it served no purpose. The heater/cooling system in the room blew hot air only. We drive a Tesla and were getting charged for using the charger. No where did I find any information regarding this including on the wall above the charger. The website says they charge for parking and that’s fine but nothing about the cost of the charger. We were never charged before except the last two visits. I think some transparency is needed here.

Bar was good, gym was nice, staff was great, only down side was parking was limited

If you can, bring a smaller car. My only knock was parking and how many people took two spots because they couldn’t park properly in the 78” clearance garage. Staff was very nice at breakfast though.

Hotel in general is a little older but fine. The room was nice minus the kitchen sink. It had a bad smell and the garbage disposal didn’t work. Room had a balcony with a view of Lake Union. There is a major road running between the hotel and the Lake so the balcony is pretty noisy.

The hotel is very clean but in need of renovation. It looks like the decorations were from the 70s.

The room is spacious and clean, but the air conditioner is not functioning properly, so the room is not cold. We informed the staff about it, but no one came to fix the issue. At breakfast, the line was very long because the food ran out quickly and refills took a long time. Overall, the service was slow.

The staff did an amazing job refreshing the breakfast offerings and the reception staff was super accommodating and helpful. It has really beautiful views of Lake Union.

great breakfast, friendly staff, rooms with balconies, pool, gym! i plan on traveling back so this will always be an option!
