A smooth pleasant four days
The whole process, from checking in, to getting help in finding needed services in town, to the handy breakfast and even though we were only on 3rd floor facing the street, it was quiet.

We had a fantastic stay here. I was traveling with my mom, who has some mobility issues. From the first interaction when we pulled up in the car until when we left, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. John, who helped us with our bags and checking my car was exceptional. Kind, friendly, helpful, and just awesome.

Confusing photos on the site regarding the sleeper sofa - there isn’t one in the bedroom of the corner suite only in the living room

Recently remodeled and mostly great. Bed was not comfortable, transferred a lot of motion from partner while sleeping, and foam pillows were way too thick with no other option. Gym had basics that you need. Breakfast was decent but got very busy right before closing. Our room was quiet which we really appreciated. Elevators were very slow at peak times.
