The reception staff, particularly the night shift, were quite rude. The staff member lacked professionalism in her interactions, with an arrogant tone and inconsistent behavior—sometimes she was polite, but other times, extremely rude. It made the experience unpleasant. On the positive side, the manager was very friendly and helpful, making a positive impression.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is super convenient in regards to the airport. I found the price for parking insane - we stayed downtown the night prior and paid $60.50 for Valet parking but stayed here and paid $54 plus tax so about the same but to self park in a garage. The parking when you arrive is incredibly inconvenient and the shuttle bus driver was rude even though clearly there was no where else to park to go in and check in prior to getting access to the parking garage. They seem to want their shuttles used but they have horrible reviews which is why I chose to keep my rental and by the response of those frustrated in the lobby regarding the shuttle I am glad we did. The hotel is great the parking could use work.
