This was a quick trip due to a family member’s illness, and the hotel staff was amazing and very accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The kitchen was missing drawers, the bathroom had hair on the toilet seat and mold in the shower area, and the sofa had visible stains. While the staff made a positive impression, the condition and cleanliness of the room need significant improvement.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent for what it was - a step up from continental, with fresh fruit, waffle station, yogurt, various meats and some prepared eggs. Rooms were adequate. Only issue was not having sufficient bathe towels for the number of guests. Minor issue and resolveable with a request.
