The room was clean with the exception of a curtain but the staff came to the room to take it out. This is the 2nd time we are staying here because it is very close to the Mall of America. They are also pet friendly. We really like the suites with the two bedrooms because they are spacious. Just wish we didn’t have to pay for parking. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel was clean and staff was awesome. Breakfast had a good variety, however eggs were a little watery.
Room had a small kitchen which was nice. Only issue was the pan, the Teflon was peeling. I called the front and the responded quickly but unfortunately didn't have any extra pans just pots. We made due with what we had to make our meals.

Great hotel, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast has a great variety of options. The hotel is a quick walk to the Mall of America! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I especially liked the full kitchen and refrigerator.

Something that was not said anywhere that I'm new to is paying nightly for parking outdoors. I could understand if there was a spot inside but not a regular parking lot

Amazing staff. We arrived early and they had a room free and allowed us to check in ahead of time. Great breakfast-nice comfy rooms. Close to the mall no negative.
