Booked through Expedia and no cooperation is made with them on cancellations. Don't allow API connections to your facilities if you dont help the customers who show up. Not using Marriott TownePlace on my bookings anymore.

Thursday breakfast was ok, Friday morning was better. Was put in a accessible room but asked to be transferred because the bathroom was literally the worst I had ever been in at a hotel. Front desk gave me a line of crap and said they couldn't.

The front desk staff was wonderful. From bringing extra towels to both the room and the pool, opening our room after locking all keys in the room, and recognizing my daughter on her birthday. Everyone was polite and very customer-centric.
