THEY LIED!
At the time I made my reservation, this hotel advertised that there was Free Self-Parking.
When I arrived, I was charged for parking. I asked for a refund and they did try to contact the
Self-Parking business, but in the end, I did not get a refund.
I see now that the Hotels.com ad listing has been updated to show that the parking is not free.
It showed free parking when I first reserved this room.

Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good other than the turkey sausage being cold. This hotel is a great location, this is our usual go to spot to stay when in Austin. The only I noticed is that most of the lights in the parking lot were out, so it was a bit dark in the parking lot.

The hotel was great, but the AC on our room did not work at all. We changed rooms the second night and that room was great. The breakfast was a little below average for the typical self-serve limited service road warrior hotel. But location, and staff are great, parking is a bit tight. Construction going on during the stay was disturbing with some early morning start times for the work crews on-site.
