Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

My review is solely based on the room. On a stay of 4 days, I'd rate it at 3/5. Possibly a bit lower based on the cost. The room was decent, met our needs for the visit. Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. I asked the front desk about that and was only provided with, a smaller pot pan. Good thing there was a Target nearby to buy my own saute/frying pan. The majority of the living area was clean. But my girlfriend and i noticed a fair amount of hair on the bathroom floor that wasn't either of ours based on the color/thickness. The top of the fridge could have used a dusting since i wrote a smiley face on it (Room 208) As far as other amenities, the pool time we got was quiet and enjoyable. The area it resides in is quiet and has options.

Many positives, yet a few negatives stick out.

Room was clean with just some minor issues. A corner protector fell off the wall. Reported but not fixed while we were there. Main bathroom light was not working and a reading light was not working. Minor but annoying. Staff were friendly. Issues would not prevent us from staying in the future.

Clean room and good breakfast, convenience location

Parking was overfilled to a point that our vehicle got side swiped. A lot of things were broken in our room. The type of room we purchased is not what we were given. The pool was foggy and green our whole trip of 3 nights.

The breakfast was fantastic. By far the best included breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. My only wish would be to have a restaurant onsite or adjacent to the property.

Overall, very good stay. Friendly and helpful staff, decent (usually empty) swimming pool, fairly good breakfast options. Be aware that they take a pending payment (in my case $600) upon checking in, which seems unnecessary (I'd paid for the entire stay in advance) and came as a shock (there is a sign about this but the person who checked me in didn't mention anything).
