Very accommodating and understanding with my family situation.
My mom was in critical care and they offered a later checkout and since we were traveling with a pet they didn't charge their fee when we needed to extend our stay.

Overall the experience was delightful.
I suggest they add another grab bar and put it by the shower head. and maybe a tub with a rougher surface so the bathtub is not so slippery

The air conditioning was very cold compared to the outdoors in the lobby but our room a/c was not on when we arrived. It cooled down relatively quickly. Breakfast room was crowded but other than that we had a pleasant stay.
