Room was good.

Good hotel that is centrally located near Crypto Area and fairly close to USC. Friendly staff. However, they get major deductions for hidden $30 resort fees that aren't mentioned on their Orbitz booking. Had we known, we would have booked at any other comparable hotel nearby. The downtown area is also still unsafe. Saw drug activity, homelessness and rats within a block of the hotel.

Great location, decent views, very clean, comfortable bed. Loved the slippers and robe. The little store indeed the lobby is convenient. The lounge was nice, service kinda slow but nice atmosphere. Great food but a little pricey but it's LA.

Great hotel. The staff was very friendly. Valet parking was easy and fast. Literally across the street from Crypto arena and the price was affordable compared to other hotels in the area.
