No tack/customer service.
Room size great, outside noise inside room/terrible, no microwave anywhere on site, room keys kept not working, had to rekey cards 5+ times and no heart. Had a girl injured at the cheer comp and not willing to help keep her comfortable in the room until their flight that evening. Wouldn’t waive the $90 fee for the accommodation. Just thought it was heartless. Then then lady gave one last jab stating “the manager already told you no yesterday” disappointing service for sure.

Great stay! We were there for a Lakers gave and it was perfect, just a short walk across the street. The bars and restaurants across the street gave a nice variety to choose from. There was security at the entrance of the area and throughout, we didn’t feel unsafe. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was stunning and perfect for a Lakers game night. Safe and easy walk to and from the stadium to celebrate my sons birthday! The front desk staff didn’t have any personality but the Valet guys were great.

Never again, could not access our room due to a malfunctioned door lock, spent an hour sitting in the hallway of our room waiting for someone from maintenance to return from home to unlock the door.. manager Kevin was ruse and dismissive of our concerns and mad little to no effort to accompany us or our comfort. Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was pretty good. But what was not good was in what they call the "Pet Area", they have a VERY small area with fake grass. They had a pole where the pet bags should be but was empty. And there are NO trash cans near to throw the bags away. I had to bring it into the hotel lobby and throw it away, which to me was not the best place for that.
