Very shady experience with the "daily food and beverage credits" Don't believe them, there are all kinds of limits to this, but they don't tell you what they are, even if you ask directly. Then you get stuck with a bill because of some loophole no one told you about. Then you ask about it and you get told "oh, it doesn't apply to x, y, or z" This is NOT a luxury hotel, luxury hotels don't behave this way. Stay somewhere else.

There was a mix up with the room but they were so helpful and even gave us credits to use for the inconvenience. The Ladida rooftop and bar was so lovely. Their breakfast was so good. Everything was close by as well less then 10 mins to rodeo drive.
