Immaculate site with great staff
Most important was communication with nighttime parking attendant having the car out at 5:30 and ready to go for our medical Appointment.

Overall, our stay was good, and this wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel. We’ve always enjoyed it here.
However, this was the first time we found dirty stains on both the bed sheets and the pillow. We asked for them to be changed. At first, we were told that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day, but thankfully the team still managed to replace the bedding.
We hope the hotel will pay a little more attention to cleanliness in the future, as this would make the experience even better.

From check-in to check-out the staff at the Sofitel was phenomenal! Individually and collectively the staff was professional, personable , and knowledgeable. The Concierge helped me to set a tour of LA, the check-in assistant helped me to navigate traveling to dinner and back, and the check-out assistant helped me to quickly move about to get my ride to the airport. Magnifique!!
