The Sofitel is within walking distance of Cedars Sinai so we checked in the night before … lovely hotel, outstanding sheets, big bathroom. A tad pricey and parking is a hard to swallow $70 a day, but for convenience it was perfect… would recommend highly.
Need onsite access to food.
Being a french hotel, I was not used to no lunch restaurant on property and the bar not opening until five p.m. Also, the lounge/dance club vibe is very specific; not a whole lot of variety in the types of people there. Rooms were nice and staff were helpful. Pool was nice and gym was fine. Access to shopping across the street.

A beautiful hotel, located close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. A big shutout to the concierge for recommending great vegan spots nearby. Rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay.

The update of this older hotel is beautiful! Location was perfect for our needs, walkable to the hospital and other shopping.
