Rooms in South tower were older and faced the old CNN Center. It was loud! Stains all over the couch, TV in one room didn't work at all. Other TVs would repeatedly turn themselves off and on and disconnect from the Wi-fi. Engineer came to try and fix it but went right back to same thing. We had 1 remote for 2 TV's and was told they would bring up another one. They never did. Coffee table was pretty banged up and there were slices in the lampshades.

Everything was great, the staff was so helpful and friendly! The hotel room was very clean and all the amenities were nice as well. Great walking distance to several attractions in the area.

We stayed here for the first time for a World Cup match. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff, proximity to the stadium and all of the World Cup extras from viewing areas to pop up shops made our few days at the Omni the best they could be. We would for sure book again here .

Overall, the hotel is a great location for watching World Cup at Mercedes stadium. Although the hotel itself doesn't feel brand new, it's well kept for being so big. My issue is around their cancellation window, which was 7 days. This is already excessive but I cancelled a few hours after the deadline based on a technicality of a time zone (I'm on the West Coast and it stipulates local time). The hotel wouldn't refund my 2nd room and I'm quite sure that they rebooked it given the demand around the World Cup so just not good form on their part and they didn't confirm that they were NOT refunding it until a day before I arrived.
