I love the hotel very friendly clean and beautiful. Room service is top tier but of course having a room by the elevator is the worse and there was a noise like an alarm that was going off. I would stay again love the service.

Overall 4/5. 60 dollar valet and car wasn’t even kept on property, so had to wait over a half hour to retrieve my vehicle upon checkout. Great hotel and dining options other than that.

We were attending the Usher Concert next door at the State Farm Arena. It was the perfect hotel to stay at with respect to access to the venue. We were able to walk thru an indoor path and never have to go outside

Horrible experience
The power did not work in our room! The tv nor ac nor fridge nor outlets worked because of this! Called the front desk for assistance and never got a response after being told someone is coming to assist! We weren’t offered a room change nor any accommodations!
