We got snowed in Atlanta and booked Twelve Downtown. As a family of five, the suite type of accomodation was really spacious but allowed for enough proximity to still spend time together as a family. It was really nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was really convenient as it was next to the MARTA. It's a medium-shortish ride to the airport via the gold or red lines or take a quick lyft ride.
I hope to come back and visit Atlanta at Twelve (not during a snow storm).

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the cleanliness. My child found a pill left by a previous guest on the floor near the couch—thankfully, it was my eldest who found it, not my youngest.
Additionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways that resembled skunk, likely from people smoking near or in the building.
Parking was also quite confusing. I was told to park in the back but then informed it was valet-only, which left me unsure of the process.
While the location proximity was excellent, I don’t feel it justified the price.

The room wasn’t as described in pictures. The hotel staff was rude. When asked to be moved to another room they would not accommodate. When asked to speak to management they were never available.
