Prior to arriving, I looked at reviews that were not fair. I was stressing over it until I walked in, saw the place and met the sweetest little lady to check in. Everyone was super nice to include restaurant personnel. Pool was clean and cool for end of July. Hotel is older but kept up pretty good. I was really upset being stressed over reading bad reviews….and for the money…you won’t do any better. Thanks Sonesta….keep up the good work!

On check-in we were told the air was not working but they were working on it and hoped to have it back up soon. We were not told that it had been out for at least 2 days. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Special shout out to Fred the shuttle driver!

All the staff were amazing and helpful the air was broken over half the stay and it was miserable the breakfast was good because it was a buffet but didnt like that only 2 breakfast were free and the kids would have to pay $17 also didnt like that parking was almost $20 a day

When we checked in the air conditioner was out in the whole building. They did not let us know when we check in. After a few hours we let them know about our room being hot and the staff said the air was out. They did not offer any accommodation or anything. They never gave us an ETA on have it fixed either. We ended up checking out along with several other staff. Staff were not helpful and were deceiving. They should have been upfront about the situation.

We arrived and I noticed how hot the lobby was. I assumed it was because the door was right there. The first room we were given was hot… the air was not working. They moved us to another room, and it was not as hot. We turned the air down and went to the concert. We came back 6 hours later and it was still hot. I explained everything to the lady, and she told me my money would be refunded - I tried to initially pay with cash, but they don’t take cash. So now I am waiting for my refund on my card.
We also had to drive 4 hours back home at 12am. If they knew the air was out, that should have been communicated when we got there to check in. They acted oblivious to it until after the second room and 6 hours later.

The hotel was wonderful. Lots of great amenities - Pool gym, shuttle service, restaurant.
The only negative experience we had was the A/C in the building went out. They did actively have maintenance there. But very inconvenient.

During our stay we didn’t have hot water for 24hrs. We didn’t have AC one of the nights. We had a molded pillow, the plumbing was sketchy, the $21. Breakfast buffet was worse than your standard continental breakfast. There was construction all over the hotel they would start working a little too early for our liking. It says pet friendly but there is zero grass area for the pet to use the bathroom and the rooms are carpeted, we had our puppy pads but so who knows what happened in the room before us. The floors felt yucky. The lobby was well kept and the pool area was also nice.
Staff didn’t seem very friendly to accommodate us.
