The Peninsula Hotel always takes good care of Us
We have been staying at the Peninsula hotel for many years now. Even though we had a series of minor glitches, associated with our stay, the hotel staff made sure that we were well taken care of. We continue to give the Peninsula our highest recommendation. Top Shelf Service.
Stunning room and amenities
We needed a place to stay because of a problem at another hotel. I called the Peninsula and made a reservation and walked over there in five minutes. Everything was ready when we arrived. The room and everything it it is stunning. I have to say I loved it and I will go back on my next visit to Chicago.
