Ms Mandana is the best staff we have at the gold lounge. She remembers the preference of every guest and is always a delight to be greeted by her in the morning.

I absolutely loved Toro! John was a great great bartender during the day. He helped me not miss my flight and DANIEL was over an amazing bartender at night and the DJ music was awesome. Would definitely stay just so I could go to Toro.

Absolutely no where was I made aware the hotel charges $30 a day for an urban fee, plus additional fees and taxes related to the urban fee. None of this was explained during booking through Expedia nor when I checked in. Had no idea about what was wrapped up into the urban fee. Total cost was about $170 more than the room. Additionally they have zero water on hand, had to purchase myself from CVS and the room was covered in hair.

The room was clean, spacious, big windows where you can see everything. Stocked with everything you can think of (snacks, drinks) at a cost, but convenient. Location at millennium Park was a 5 minute walk to Riverwalk. The staff was accommodating. I loved everything about the luxury stay.

I had children with me and there was a hole in the wall in our room with wires sticking out. There was no fridge in our room to store person items- only a mini fridge to purchase overpriced drinks- there was a sign on there not to move the drinks or you’d be automatically charged for them. The sign said I could call the front desk and they would bring me a mini fridge which I did. However the guy that brought me the mini fridge was scary and unfriendly and didn’t even speak to me. Looked annoyed at having to bring me a fridge. Our toilet was clogged so we had to call and have an engineer come up. Paid for a view of the park and did not get one. Paying $600 a night for a mediocre hotel room and not having complimentary coffee in the morning is mind boggling. Absolutely would not stay there again and absolutely would not recommend.

I was assigned the room from hell. I had no view and the racing cars on lower wacker echoed. It was horrid. The bathroom is dated and feels icky. This for $600 a night. Plus $88 to park my car. Seriously horrible.
