The Langham is a beautiful and unique place located in the center of downtown Chicago along the river walk. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The setup up of the room and the night turned down staff were great. The overlooking the River Walk was relaxing and comfortable. The location is great within walking distance to several specialty restaurants. I will and recommend others to stay at The Langham Hotel while staying in Chicago! I had a wonderful stay!

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was very nice. We ordered room service as well as had a drink and ate at the restaurant in the hotel and that was delicious.
