We’re pretty regular guests, this time was disappointing. The service, even as a gold experience guest wasn’t as anticipated. The selection in the club left a lot to be desired and the quality of the food was lacking. I’m not sure if we’ll be back.

Solid 4-star. No turn down service and little dated Gold floor didn’t have its own check in - have to check in with everyone else. Gold floor itself was great once I got there. The italian restaurant downstairs was terrific.

The staff was amazing and the Gold experience was phenomenal. Every staff member provided excellent services and even went above and beyond to make clients happy! Will definitely be returning for this experience! We used the gym, which was kept clean and restocked for towels, etc. We used the pool and hot tub one day but it would have been great if there was pool side service.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with 5 star service that continued for the entire trip (which ended up being much longer than anticipated). Special thanks to: Janice at the front, Nature and her Manager at the front, and the staff throughout the hotel including restaurants. Honorable mention to Sarah in the Gold lounge. Sarah, was INCREDIBLE. She was beyond supportive, a go-to who helped with a smile, held real knowledge on the area, and someone who truly understands what it means to be excellent at your job! The bed in my room was amazing, and the spa did not disappoint. In fact, I think the massage I had at the spa might've been the best one I've ever had.

The room was hot. There isn’t an area to relieve your pet. But beautiful hotel.
