The staff, without exception were friendly and helpfull. Complemented the young man for his breakfast preparation The scrambled eggs especially were above restaurant quality.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels.

Hello, We stayed at your hotel this past weekend during graduation festivities, which I understand is a very busy time. It has been a couple of years since our last stay, and we noticed that the property is beginning to show its age and may be due for some updates. We reserved three rooms for our family, and a few concerns came up during our stay: • one of the rooms windows did not lock properly, which resulted in significant wind and road noise throughout the night. • One of the rooms had not been fully cleaned prior to check-in; the bathroom, including the toilet and bathtub, was noticeably dirty. • Overall, the rooms, carpeting, and bathrooms appeared worn and in need of refreshing. • Parking was generally adequate, but many contractors were staying at the hotel with large trailers, which occupied multiple spaces. A designated area or larger parking accommodations for oversized vehicles would be helpful. • The Saturday breakfast selection was limited, and several items appeared to be out of stock—likely due to the high number of guests for graduation weekend. We appreciate the convenient location and have enjoyed staying here in the past. We hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to maintain and improve the property. Thank you for your time.
