Room was clean staff was nice kitchen didnt have cooking utensils

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but could use some improvements in every way

It is further away from the finly center than what is on the site

I was shocked that the property was as clean as it was. The staff was actually very friendly. The rooms were well set up. Be sure to bring cookware.

Fridge still had products from previous guest. Front desk attendant was very rude. Will not be staying again.

Only issue I had I booked a 2 bed room and ended up with a 1 bed room

The Extended Stay needed help. The workers were doing their best. We did not stay here.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek retractor on the bathroom counter, sticky residue on all of the counter/nightstand tops, trash, candy, and medication by the TV and change and trash in the nightstand drawer. Oh, and the hotel was completely out of clean towels. Do not recommend.
