I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay.
However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness.
Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time.
There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies and made the best of it.

The blinds in the room were broken the last 2 at the bottom were broken on the end. Even if you shut the you could still see in the room. No curtains, only blinds. The stairwell door slammed very loudly all night long. There is a reason it is 1/2 the price of every place else around. The photo is at midnight, the parking lot is lit up like daylight.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room floors were dirty and sticky, had to have shoes on at all times. The shower and bathroom (except the floor) were clean and had excellent water pressure. You got one towel and bath cloth each, no hand towel, and one floor towel.The bed was a queen and one half was decent and the other was worn out. It did have a large refrigerator and sink in the kitchen. The tv has spots in it where someone had hit it (or whatever) and permanent spots were across the screen (light dots). Husband and I agreed that this should have been a cheaper stay.

When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.

Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars.
