Great Stay!
Clean hotel, very quiet and relaxing.
One young desk clerk professional. Others were great.
The stay was good, with exception of young woman with long black hair.. was on personal cell phone call, while I was standing at desk.

There was no hot water the entire stay. Management aware stated someone was coming to fix it.Did not wash my hair. Room was not ready as booked, changed the following day and there were little visitors, roaches(2). Kept the lights on.Just a bad experience this time. Requesting Expedia refund for 1/2 the charges.

Filthy, roaches, rooms has smells, house keeping walks into your room without knocking, elevator sounds like it’s about to break or crash, had to change my 3 different times, dirty, twin beds pull ou couches, full beds when the ad states queen beds, roach bombs in the room.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, though the front desk quickly moved us to another room. The hallway had a strong chemical odor, the tub was stained and rusty, there was a sticky spot in the tub, the blankets were very thin, and we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi.
The only positive was the front desk employee, who was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He handled our concerns promptly and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.
We stayed because it was only one night, but I would not recommend this hotel.
