I arrived at 12:02 driving in from Ohio. Te desk clerk refused to check me in stating that there were no check ins after midnight. No where on the reservation or confirmation did it state this. They refused to refund me.

The room was clean, however the property itself reeked of marijuana, the elevator and halls were disgusting and there was a mentally unstable person roaming the hallways with a dog that would bother you.

There were dead and alive bugs everywhere. After managing to move past that fact, you could still hear other people talking, the fire alarm went off a few times, went down to talk to the staff and no one was there half of the time or they closed down their office. Terrible experience and the employees there did nothing to help.
