Never got to stay at the Woodspring Suites in Ankeny, IA, as booked through Expedia and no room was available when we arrived. The property is an undeveloped area and seemed a lil shady.
The front desk clerk, Jacob, was very understanding and helpful. He assisted in our relocation effort with Expedia and we really appreciated his assistance and insight.
