Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant
The hotel had recently been updated so everything appeared to be new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Our dog was allowed which really made the accommodations seem like home.

The young woman who was working the desk on Saturday night was very helpful in getting our TV working. Friendly, patient and willing to immediately help us.

We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t stay here again.

There is NO soap or shampoos provided. There was a guest blaring music until midnight and the beds on hardwood floors is noisy.

They have newly renovated and it was great ideas implemented. Sturdy beds for larger guests,full fridge and two electric glass top burners. I would stay again. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your things everywhere, even space under the beds for storing.

The room was clean and big. The smell in the hallway from all the dogs on the floor was pretty bad. The dogs barked almost constantly. And at night the people in the room next to me and above me made so much noise. It was hard to sleep with so much going on.

Let me first say for the price i was not expecting much. I will say the hotel has had some renovations and they do look nice. You can still get the smell of fresh paint the halls echo and i feel like you can hear everything in your room. Upon arriving the desk is tucked away to the side and if multiple people are arriving at a time you will have to wait in a hallway. No welcoming lobby. The mattress was rock hard it made me wonder if i was sleeping on plywood with a sheet overtop. Again you get what you pay for.
