It is more of an apartment building than a hotel!

The kitchen was not stocked, as expected. Fridge was cold! Microwave worked! Coffee was available in the lobby. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, although the chair was cleaned a bit much as the material was rubbed off! lol. Any staff encounters were friendly. Location is central to many places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a five star but the property is nice and the room was freshly cleaned. I wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly hotel had I not seen dogs; no smell! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was nice and helpful. No iron available - all loaned out.

Not intended for weekend trip. Mainly extended stay

For $160 the room was a disappointment. The chair looked like it was something that was out of dumpster, peeling and gross. Not sure why they would keep that chair. The table next to it looked like someone was chewing on it. Bathroom had no trash can and the bed was hard as a rock.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The room was not clean. The corners of the floors were covered with visible dirt, grime, and pet hair, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned. The room did not include an iron or ironing board. Instead, I was told I had to go to the front office to rent one. There was also no towel service you have to bring your own towels to the office for exchange and even dispose of your own trash. The microwave in my room didn’t work, adding to the inconvenience. When I first entered the building, the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Outside, people were sitting in the parking lot barbecuing between parked cars, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The area around the dumpster in the back parking lot was overflowing with trash. Another major issue was the lack of communication. There wasn’t even a phone in the room, so if you don’t have a cell phone, you have no way to contact the front desk. Even with a cell phone, you can’t simply dial the front desk you have to call the hotel’s main number and dial extension 500, and getting someone to answer is difficult. To make matters worse, the vending machines took my money without dispensing the items I paid for. Throughout my stay, the property smelled like cigarettes, dogs barked constantly, and the overall environment felt neglected and chaotic. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay again

Clean room, but it needs a fresh coat of paint, bathroom updates, and fix the broken drawer/crusty sink.

Everything was clean. The furniture was quite old and worn down. To my surprise, they didn’t provide hand soap for the bathroom which was unfortunate. Other than that it was a good stay.

Horrible bring your own towels and soap, the chairs and doors are scratched/scuffled. The desk clerks have nasty attitudes. We had to purchase towels and toilet paper. We paid $507 for 4/3 nights. Ridiculous!!! The room wreaked smoke and made me sick. The hall had a heavy weed smell. No one was ever available at the front desk after we checked in.
