This hotel was nothing like the pictures. Honestly, the photos must have been heavily edited because what we walked into looked completely different. We reserved two rooms with two beds in each room, but when we arrived, we were given a room with only one bed because the hotel was overbooked. We were not offered any partial refund or compensation, even though a one-bed room is typically cheaper than a two-bed room. The rooms were not up to standard. The sheets were filthy and covered in stains. To make matters worse, one of the beds appeared to have bed bugs. When I reported it to the front desk, I was shocked when they simply handed me clean sheets and told me they didn't have a housekeeper available. Seriously? My daughter ended up with what appear to be bed bug bites all over her body. As soon as we got home, we had to wash all of our clothing and belongings to make sure we didn't bring anything back with us. This experience was completely unacceptable. Between the dirty rooms, stained bedding, overbooking, lack of customer service, and possible bed bugs, I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel.

I think it was false advertising! Very unclean, no iron, only one wash cloth and towel, toilet nasty etc…. I honestly wouldn’t ever stay there again!

Lights was off the whole stay smelt like smoke people hanging out smoking in the hallways

Tried to heck in as well as other guest but no one ever came to the front desk waited over an hour no one ever showed up
