I was told, they cleaned their room every twice a month. Floor sticky when walks bear feet. Curtain blind broken no one care. Refrigerator old dirty, no ice trays. Elevator broke all the time.

Upon arrival, I stood at the checkout counter for 20 min while the desk clerk finish his phone call on his personal device. After checking in, I went up to my room. First thing I noticed was food still on the counter tops, floors smelled of sour water, and bed was not properly made. I asked for another room and was granted to look into getting another room. Upon initial inspection, same scene appeared. I then asked for a refund due the unsatisfactory conditions. The desk clerk stated a refund will go back on the credit card used. I have still yet to recieve that refund. This visit to this location was not my first time, but defenitaly my last. I would not reccomend this location or this Hotels.com site to book at this location again.

I didn't get a room because it was given away. And the clerk said Expedia only gave them a phone # of 111)111-1111, so they couldn't call me. I want a refund!!!

The kitchen was nice but you had to bring your own utensils you had a full refrigerator the air conditioning blue cool overall everything was good

More like a man camp than a hotel. Didn’t have the room I originally booked. Room they gave me was gross. Everything sticky. Asked for a refund, front desk claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think she even knew how to process a refund in the first place. I left the property.

Room was dirty. Sheetrock was peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns on the counters. Shower had mildew build up. Beds were hard. Refrigerator had a weird smell. Hotel smelled like cigarettes.

Last minute booking , the bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were flat. TV did not work.
